Return & Refund policy
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, raise a return/refund request within 24 hours of delivery.

Record an unboxing video as proof.

Contact our customer care within 24 hours to report the issue.
- This policy applies only to Indian orders; for international orders, please contact customer care for guidance.
- The damaged product must be handed over to the delivery agent or dropped off at the location provided, using the shipment label we supply.
Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days after the product is received and verified.
Return & refund is availible for both domestic and International orders if they comply with our Return & refund policies.
